One thing I would add is a fake bone, which you can probably find a ta costume store. Roll the bone up in the front of your hair and use a pony tail holder or hair pins to keep it in place.

Here we see an non-traditional Poison Ivy costume from Batman Forever. Throughout the movie, Ivy seemed to be progressing like a blooming flower, and this costume is the result. She is all red with bright red hair and spikey somethings on her wrists. I have never seen this costume duplicated, but it seems like a fun idea. What do you think?
